Gourmet dinner 7th March

Wow! what a week.

Wow! A big thankyou to everyone who came to oliver's last week for the Falmouth food festival, I hope you all enjoyed yourselves, 172 of you in total over the five days, not bad for a 28 seat restaurant.
Myself and wendy have had great fun over the week, now we are going to sit down in front the fire with a bottle of wine and get ready for next week.
Our top sellers where the hand dived mussels, braised shin of beef and the apple fritters in stinging nettle beer batter - gorse flower ice cream.

The week ahead

Beautiful blue sky this morning, the cats are out trying to catch dinner, hope it's rabbit tonight!! Probably be mice though.
Happy chinese new year everyone...
